How I stay healthy and fit!

Hey guys!

So I know I have been busy with work and school at the moment but I still have been trying to get in shape. Which when you are busy, can be hard.

When it comes to my “diet” (I hate that word because I do NOT diet) I eat all natural foods. So nothing processed. So pretty much a lot of veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds, healthy oils and pb. Which I love because I can eat a lot of it and not feel guilty.

When it comes to exercising I use Fitness Blender. All of their workout videos are free! And they are amazing! No need for machines or a gym. All you need is some weights and your body.
