Hello!
Since I’ve been inactive on here for a while, I wanted to give an update on what’s happening!
The website has been tweeked a little and some parts have been updated, so be sure to look around!
Starting September 27th, I will be doing a type of fitness journey and I will be logging my results here. Every Sunday there will be a new post on how I’m doing and how each week went. So look for that!
I will also be posting more about my mental health and how I have been dealing with it recently in my every day life.
