So I have been actually putting off this update because I didn’t do well this past week. It was a very stressful and emotional week me. Especially with everything going on in the country with politics and the pandemic. I made a few notes earlier in the week which I will add here:
Feeling very unmotivated this week. I thought posting on my blog would help keep me more motivated but I guess it did the opposite. Monday I ate too much food for dinner and had stomach pains all night. Tuesday I ate better but I didn’t work out or do anything active. I notice this is something I do a lot with everything…procrastinating. With working out or eating better…I say, well I’ll just start tomorrow or I have three more days to work out this week, I don’t have to do it now.
As you can see I was not feeling my best but with that being said. I am feeling a lot better this week. I made sure to meal prep this week so I had a healthy dinner ready when I came home from work. (Fall means I can make soup!) I also bought myself a journal to help create more positivity in my daily life. There were a bunch of different options but I liked this one the best:

Something that I am also dealing with is bloating. I find myself feeling bloated almost daily. I’m hoping with a better “diet”, exercise and the addition of probiotics will help with that. Since I was bloated and have been bloated and the bad week… my measurements didn’t change at all. I will do a list of my measurements again next week.
Some things that I am looking forward to this month – my birthday, the cooler weather, Halloween (of course), and pumpkin carving.
