Hello Everyone
So I am kind of at a loss for words right now. Unfortunately my fitness and health journey hit a bump in the road. I have a small health issue going on and for about a month I can’t work out the way that I hoping to be able to. I can’t do any strength training of any kind which really upsets me if I’m being totally honest. Lifting weights and doing any type of strength workouts, are my favorite way of working out.
For the next month or so, maybe longer, I can only do cardio and light bodyweight type exercises. I need to get in the mindset and accept that this is the only thing I can do going forward. I’m hoping that this pause in the lifting and doing what the doctor tells me will work and I can “go back to normal” afterwards.
Luckily, I have started focusing more on my “diet” and what I am eating everyday. If you want me to go more in depth with that. Let me know!
I’m hoping I’ll have more good news next week.
