Just a quick little update!

I wanted to share my weigh in results from today and also share how crazy the human body is.

So I did first weigh in and measurements in the afternoon, during my period. I was bloated and also carrying a little extra weight from what I ate and drank from that day.

This time I weighed myself in the morning and no longer on my period. A little less than a week later I lost 4 pounds and an inch off my hips.

It’s just so wild how the body can fluctuate weight like that in just a few days. That’s why I try not to get discouraged when seeing my weight because there could be so many factors to it.

So I now weigh 200lbs and my hips are now 45in. Everything else has stayed the same.

I have felt such a difference in my body and attitude from working out in only a week. It’s amazing and I hope to keep this momentum going.
